Delivery Mode

Blended learning along with 20 hours per week, face to face contact at campus. 

  • Completed Year 12 or overseas equivalent.
  • English: minimum score of IELTS 6.0 or equivalent or an English Proficiency of upper-intermediate level
  • 18 years of age or over
  • Basic computer skills
  • Must meet student visa requirements.

Work placement requirement: SITHKOP005 requires 12 service shifts and SITHCCC043 requires 48 service shifts to be undertaken in an operational commercial kitchen.

Full fee AUD $12,000 This includes:

Non-tuition fees:

• Enrolment fee AUD$250 non refundable.
