A total of 28 units (11 Core Units and 17 elective units) of competency must be completed and deemed competent to gain the qualification SIT50422 – Diploma of Hospitality Management.
Stellar College has a range of resources available to students to utilise in our college such as computers, library and recreational areas. However, all students are required to bring their own laptop/iPad/tablet to classes.
If you do not have a laptop you need to advise the College prior to your Orientation, so that an alternative arrangement can be made such as hiring a computer.

- Advanced Diploma of Program Management further studies at University degree level in a variety of associated disciplines. (Current articulation available with Southern Cross University)
- Related degrees at an Australian Higher Education institution.
- Possible job titles include: banquet or function manager, café manager, club manager, executive housekeeper, front office manager, kitchen manager, motel manager, restaurant manager, unit manager catering operations.

- Completed Year 12 or overseas equivalent.
